Embracing imperfection

"You can never make something 100% perfect, yet you can be happy with the finished product.”

Let's say you're trying to find the perfect spot to cast your hook to catch a fish. The only way you could do this is by trying out every possible fishing spot in the pond, millimeter by millimeter. In doing so, you would miss many opportunities to actually catch a fish. Or let's say you want to find the perfect rose; you may find one that you find aesthetically pleasing. Yet, when you show it to another person, they may have a rose which they see as more beautiful than yours. Perfection isn't real in the slightest. Yet, if you are happy with what you have or what you put out into the world, rather than pulling your hair out over an infinite array of possibilities, you will lead a much happier, more fulfilling life. Imperfection is perfect.
