Removing the chains of negativity
There are chains that bind men and women alike. These chains can be seen in posture, body language and tone of voice. These chains are created by negative thoughts, negative influences and maybe even a negative spirit. The spirit of addiction, the spirit of lust, the spirit of greed, they all must be conquered and overcome and then replaced with new chains-built bye the individual and then tethered to what the individual desires most. Even desire in itself can be a chain which one is bound to. These chains are in the spiritual and mental planes and tether themselves to your physical environment. If you Identify your chains, such as a string of events which tether you to smoking cigarettes, you must then destroy where these chains are coming from. It could be a spirit of lust that is floating above you and is constantly pulling you around in every which way. If you simply get rid of the chains, they will reattach themselves to you. You can be tied to people; you can be tied to an environment, and you can be tied to an idea. Take note of where your chains are coming from and if it is negative, remove it. No matter what however, you will be tied to something, if you werent, youd be in a state of being where you deemed nothing worth your time or energy and youd be in the same state as a person in a coma.
Always a slave, always a servant yet to who, I choose.
Figure out what you deem to be good, figure out a valuable ideal that you would enjoy spending your time and energy on. You may have to destroy some of the lower energies in your life to attain something higher, something better. Addiction to anything that doesn’t serve you is low energy. If you lust for women and you feel like you can’t break the chain of lust, begin channeling all that sexual desire into a piece of art or business. This is the secret that all of the high achieving people know and use daily, yet you can only understand this if you have done it. Using your sexual energy in your work is the secret in the book “Think and grow rich.”
You can also see this long term in the form of a garden. If you have a bad crop you are going to have bad fruit. If you have good, healthy crops you will have good and healthy fruit. The complexity and usefulness of this will be seen in practice rather than in theory.
A healthy mind is a healthy body and a healthy body is a healthy mind and if you have chains all around tied to stress, to lust, to suffering and to pain, you wont be able to move on and live a life free from binding influences.
